The VII All-Russia GMP Conference with International Participation, which will be held on September 7-8 in Irkutsk, will bring together not only experts from Russia, but also representatives of the global pharmaceutical community.

This year the motto of the conference is “GxP: Unity of Approaches to Good Quality”. According to Vladislav Shestakov, Director of FSI SID & GP of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, it is now more important than ever that we maintain an open dialogue and consolidate the efforts of all market participants to keep access to safe, high-quality and effective medicines.

On September 8, in Irkutsk, as part of the VII All-Russian GMP Conference with International Participation, an extended master class on good manufacturing practices and GMP inspections will be held.

For the sixth year in a row, the All-Russian GMP Conference brings together representatives of pharmaceutical industry from Russia, member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, countries of the near and far abroad.

The Conference opened with a plenary session under the motto “Strong Regulator – Strong Industry” moderated by Dmitry Galkin, Director of the Department of Development of Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, and Vladislav Shestakov, Director of the Federal State Institution «State Institute of Drugs and Good Practices» of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia (FSI «SID & GP»).

The Ultrix Quadri vaccine produced by the Nacimbio Holding of Rostec State Corporation has been approved by the Russian Ministry of Health for the vaccination of people over 60 years of age.

Roche has been a strategic partner of the All-Russia GMP Conference for several years and will be supporting the event in 2021.
